Yule at the Botanics (FREE online live lesson)
As we approach Christmas, join us for a celebration of plants in winter.
The session will weave folklore with traditional plant uses such as cooking – along with a wee splash of science. Presenter Eve will cosy up in our Herbal Medicine classroom at the Botanics and share stories of the plants associated with winter, Christmas and Yule.
Designed for first level learners, this live lesson will have your pupils thinking more about the links between people, seasons and plants. They will even learn what frankincense is!
