To book your visit, please complete our Booking Form. Bookings for self-guided access or art permits must be arranged at least two weeks in advance of the visit.
Please be aware that this form does not guarantee booking. We will be in touch to confirm your visit within a week of form submission, as aim to manage the number of booked groups and visitors in the Garden.
If your group will be doing a creative activity while you are in the Garden, then you will need to apply for an art permit. You can apply for this when completing the self-guided booking form.
We have plenty of outdoor lawn space where you can eat a packed lunch. Unfortunately, we do not have any available indoor space.
In the event of very high winds, the Garden may be closed at short notice. If this seems likely, please phone reception on 0131 552 7171 (Mon-Fri) before leaving. Or contact the visitor welcome team on 0131 248 2909 (Mon-Sun).
