Learn how you can make the most of the produce you grow in your own garden with the Botanics’ Gardener & Chef series, developed in partnership with Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy.
In this class, you will be guided through our on-site Kitchen Garden by one of our garden experts to discover what’s in season, tips for growing locally, and how to be more sustainable in your home.
This will be followed by a two-hour demonstration of summer cooking utilising the season’s wonderful diversity of crops and highlighting the benefits of eating fresh, led by a highly-skilled cookery teacher from Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy
A full buffet lunch will be included in this class.
