After a warm welcome, you will spend the morning taking part in a forest bathing experience - a gentle, guided walk through the Gardens where you are encouraged to pause and notice what's around you. Rooted in mindfulness, this is time outdoors to connect meaningfully with others and the land. It is permission to get away from the hectic buzz of daily life and to simply be present in the Garden. A calming tea ceremony concludes the morning.
After lunch in the Botanic Cottage, or outside if the weather is fine, we will move inside among the ferns and palms of the newly restored Palm Houses, a space that feels true and fitting to the botanical roots of aromatherapy itself. Here you will be guided through blending your own therapeutic perfume, working with a palette of essential oils carefully curated and inspired by the turning season and the Harvest Moon.
