Exhibition Launch Talk - Linocut Art by Deb Wing

For many adults, their understanding of printmaking starts with making a potato print at school - but this talk shows you just where that can lead to! Lino printing began in the nineteenth century and was employed by major artists such as Picasso in the 20th century. Deb will reference the development of this art form in talking about her own approach to developing prints. You are very welcome to come and find out more. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and, who knows, you might come away inspired to try out this highly accessible art form for yourself!
Following the talk there will be the opportunity to view Debs beautiful work.
