The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh connects plants to people across the globe.
We engage nationally and internationally, empowering individuals, communities and partners to protect our botanic world, helping us build a positive future for plants, people and the planet.
We are building a global network of people to conserve the planet's natural capital and to enable the sustainable use of plants. Through our work, we identify important geographical areas for conservation and engage in programmes in some of the most threatened and least explored ecosystems on earth. We prioritise the species, ecosystems and regions that are most under threat and implement recovery and restoration programmes.
