The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh complies with the terms of the Data Protection Act 2018. This Act is the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In complying with the terms of the Act, the Garden only obtains, retains and records such information as it requires to support the activities of the institution and in doing so uses the information only for the purposes for which it was collected.
