Shinrin-Yoku originates from Japan and translates as Forest Bathing. Following the success of these sessions at Benmore, we are pleased to see them return. A time to relax, engage with the natural world through observation, meditative exercises and poetry. The session involves invitations to walk, sit and lie down (waterproof mats provided). The session is run by Ruth Overington, local Forest bathing guide and Eco-therapist.
