Hosted in the John Hope Gateway, this exclusive experience is perfect for a group size of up to 200 guests.

Crispy cornflake haggis bite, potato and mustard puree, shaved turnip, honey and Highland Park whisky sauce

Main Course

Slow cooked beef cheek pithivier, mash, baby leek, carrot, cauliflower puree, truffle jus
