What if I change my mind?
You will receive a full refund within the 14-day cooling off period (within 14 days of payment).
We do not offer refunds after 14 days of payment except in exceptional circumstances and this would be at the discretion of the Biodiversity Education and Training Department.
Exercising your right to cancel
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel within the 14 days, you must inform us of your decision within the cooling off period. Cancellation by email or by post is effective from the date on which you send us your message. Email education@rbge.org.uk or write to us at Education Department, RBGE, 20A Inverleith Row, Edinburgh, EH3 5LR.
Fees will not be refundable should you not complete or pass the course.
