Forest Bathing Walk
Saturday 23rd March
Meet at 1.45pm - Walk begins 2pm
Celebrate the spring equinox with a slow and gentle stroll along the Younger Walk to the top of the Redwood Avenue heading towards our Silent Space within the Golden Gates arboretum.
Ruth Overington, a local Forest Bathing practitioner will guide you through the walk while inviting you to connect with nature, to sit or lie down, “canopy gaze” or just quiet reflection and poetry.
The afternoon will conclude with everyone gathering to enjoy a cup of herbal tea.
Directions of where to meet from admission staff. Garden admission applies to non-members.
