The Food Forever photographic exhibition explores how scientists, farmers and people around the world are coming together to ensure we can all enjoy delicious, nutritious food, forever.
The touring exhibition, supported by a consortium of organisations, is part of the wider Food Forever initiative developed by the Crop Trust, which calls for protection of the vast, colourful spectrum of diversity within our food system. Launching at the Garden for the Edinburgh Science Festival, the exhibition includes a focus on work in Scotland by the SEFARI collective of research institutes.
Photographic portraits of people who are making a difference bring to life a series of challenges to food security. Food Forever shows the vital role of diversity in enabling human innovation, adaptation and resilience.
The exhibition has been supported by:
BGCI; Crop Trust; Royal Botanic Gardens Kew; Leichtag Foundation; SEFARI and RBGE.
