A chance to get the most out of your digital camera and discover the advantages of taking plant photographs digitally. From using your camera for the best results through to printing and mounting, this weekend will also include practical outdoor sessions.
Over the two days some of the areas you will cover include types of batteries and memory cards, setting resolution and compression levels, shooting modes, white balance, photo-effects, protecting and erasing images, optical versus digital zoom, flash and alternative reflectors, card readers plus further information on useful books and websites. You will also look at printers, printing and mounting as well as lighting, weather considerations, composition, habitats and studio and indoor photography. Please note that we course will not cover editing and computer manipulation of images after you have taken them.
