This one-day workshop is designed for those who have an interest in working with their mind in a clear and relaxed way. Emphasis will be on helping participants to relax, slow down and gain an understanding of the benefits of mindfulness and regular practice that can be incorporated into everyday life. Taught by Ian Tullis.
