Nordic Walking is a specific fitness technique that enhances everyday walking with the use of poles. This adds 2 massive benefits to your walking, the use of poles tones the upper body muscles and abdominals as well as the legs and bottom all while burning 20% more calories than ordinary walking. Nordic walking is great for people with knee or back problems as the poles provide support for the whole body, poles are provided. Taught by Sam Leyton.
