Fi Martynoga, editor of the book 'Scotland's Wild Harvest' will tell us which wild products we can find in the Scottish countryside and where and when to forage. There will be practical information about plants from fields, woods and seashores, which are full of many more edible species than we think, with plenty of advise on how to prepare these plants for food and drink and how to harvest responsibly.
