The National Tree Collections of Scotland is a partnership project, established by the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and the Forestry Commission Scotland 2011.  Its objectives include helping to raise the profile of a range of Scotland’s most significant tree collections, and to help support the owners and managers of these collections in their care and development.  Tom Christian will talk about the work of the National Tree Collections of Scotland to date and its ambitions for the future, along with Brian Atkinson who will talk about the Hub for the National Tree Collections of Scotland.
