Ever wondered how to grow trained fruit trees for your garden? Espaliers, fans and cordons have been trained for centuries to get the best quality fruit in the smallest of spaces. This two-day course will explain and tackle the bewildering choice of rootstocks and varieties, as well as general maintenance or summer pruning to help you establish trained fruit for your garden with confidence. (Please note this course does not cover normal standards or bush forms). Taught by Johanna Lausen-Higgins.
