Nordic Walking is a specific fitness technique that enhances everyday walking with the use of poles. This adds 2 massive benefits to your walking, the use of poles tones the upper body muscles and abdominals as well as the legs and bottom all while burning 20% more calories than ordinary walking. Nordic walking is great for people with knee or back problems as the poles provide support for the whole body, poles are provided. Taught by Sam Leyton.

Sam will offer a free Nordic Walking taster session at 12.30pm on Tuesday 8th April and at 12.00pm on 3rd  July, places are limited so booking is essential.
