Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art used for relaxation, fitness and self-defence. It is suitable for all ages and abilities. Practising Tai Chi helps you to become more relaxed, focussed and alert. It will improve your health, strength and coordination and make you feel more confident. Taught by Ken Fisher.
