"Though this collection of paintings had its beginnings in the National Parks of Northumberland, near my home, I have added work which I have done in response to Dawyck including bluebells, cowslips & snowdrops."

Jane Murray is a painter who specialises in natural forms including flowers, vegetables, leaves, bark & fungi. She has painted all her life & after leaving school continued her education at Leicester & Hull Art Colleges, obtaining a degree in Fine Art. She exhibits on a regular basis in England & Scotland. Jane uses mostly water-colour with occasional use of gouache & black ink. The paintings are framed in oak, usually with an ivory mount. A range of limited edition giclee prints are available, framed or unframed, based on original paintings.
