Science on a Plate is a touring exhibition organised by the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh in partnership with the James Hutton Institute, Marine Scotland Science, the Moredun Institute, the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health and the Scottish Agricultural College. Funded by the Scottish Government.
