Cuddybridge Apple Juice will be juicing apples so come along and taste some freshly pressed juice. This small Borders-based producer won an award this year at Scotland Food and Drinks Excellence. Cuddybridge has teamed up with National Trust Scotland and now presses the apples from the Trust's own orchards.
Apple Displays
The displays over the weekend will include locally grown apples and many unusual and heritage varieties.
Apple Identification (Saturday 20th only)
Willie Duncan, Fife-based apple expert, will be on hand to identify your apples and will have his extensive apple collection on display.
