Daily Garden Walks
Celebrate the seasons and join our expert Garden Guides on a tour of the Garden. Discover seasonal highlights, hidden treasures and tales of the intrepid adventurers behind the plants on display.
Garden Walks take place every day from 29 March to 30 September at 11am and 2pm.
Tours depart from the East Gate and last for about one hour. Tickets can be bought at the Botanics Shop, Palm House Reception Desk or East and North Gates and cost £3. No advance booking necessary.
Themed tours
These are organised to coincide with related events in the Garden, for example 'Plants with a Purpose' and 'Celtic Trees'. Seasonal tours include 'Mellow fruitfulness' to explore the Garden in autumn, and 'The holly and the ivy' in December. Details of these and similar tours can be found on the What's on page.

Booked tours for groups
Booked tours for groups can be arranged throughout the year and are tailored to meet the interests of your group. Your guide will take you on a journey around the Garden and through our world famous Glasshouses, as well as pointing out and describing some of the hidden treasures around the Garden along the way. Tours normally last for about 90 minutes.
Tours cost £4 per person, with a minimum charge of £40, and can be booked all year round (please check the Garden opening hours). Tours are currently only available in English.
Advance booking is essential.
