Grants and Sponsorship

Our lives depend on plants for health, wealth and wellbeing. As we strive globally to combat the loss of biodiversity and adapt to a changing climate, there is a growing and urgent need to better understand and protect  them, as well as actively involve more people in their conservation.

As an internationally-renowned scientific centre of excellence, RBGE is expertly engaged in the conservation of plants, both here in Scotland and overseas. As a Registered Scottish Charity, we work hard to add to the funding support we receive from Scottish Government because the more we can raise, the more valuable work we can deliver.

Working with RBGE is the perfect partnership to direct your funding to progress many important plant research, conservation, education and visitor engagement projects both at home and abroad.

Our work has clear social and environmental aims and benefits, achieving a host of valuable and measurable outcomes for both plants and people.
