The Scientific and Technical Services (STS) team manages and develops the following laboratory research facilities to support RBGE's science:

We also undertake Collaborative research.

These centralised facilities are used by 40 to 50 hands-on users per year, including RBGE staff, post-doctoral researchers, PhD and MSc students as well as visiting scientists.

STS employs specialist staff who provide technical support, assistance and training in a range of different areas.
