RBGE has provided professional training since its origins as a late 17th century physic garden, training doctors and apothecaries of the day. Our role as a trainer has grown ever since. We now offer one of the world's most comprehensive ranges of courses for anyone looking to develop their career in botany, horticulture, garden design or botanical illustration.

Input from our expert research staff ensures that students are trained in both the fundamental skills and most up-to date techniques in each discipline.
